This sounds like a perfect lunch (or even dinner) as I'm trying to avoid carb..hehee. I immediately drawn into the Japanese furoshiki pattern of your cloth! =) My family is not that into mustard for some reason. I can already taste the yummy honey & mustard flavor!

Thanks Nami! I can eat so much fresh salad with the honey chicken on top. It is fuss free too - I can enjoy it while reading or watching a movie at night. Oh, I thought you'd notice the furoshiki cloth:) There are so many pretty artsy patterns to choose from.
