What’s your favorite Spicy Asian Noodle dish?
Pad Thai, Dan Dan Noodle, Char Koay Teow, or Vietnamese Grilled Pork Noodle Salad? Or a spicy noodle dish from a local Chinese restaurant?
Or maybe a simple dish you cooked up at home? Because effort isn’t always correlated with healthy & delicious, as long as you start with the right ingredients, like our Spicy Korean Chili Seasoning.
To our surprise, so many of you spotted our new Spicy Korean Chili Seasoning and purchased it before we even had the chance to share a recipe.
Maybe the punchy crunchy, nutty elements of the blend caught your attention. We handcraft the seasoning with Korean chili flakes, tongue-tingling Sichuan pepper, red chili flakes, and black and toasted sesame seeds.
It’s a versatile blend that can be used to make a tasty dipping sauce for chicken, tofu, bok choy and other veggies, or at its best, in a dressing for noodles, as in this Ramen Noodles with Spicy Korean Chili Dressing.
Skip those $1 ramen packs filled with MSG, preservatives, and an excessive amount of sodium, and cook up a healthier, homemade version. Mix our Spicy Korean Chili Seasoning with toasted sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey, and then generously add to a bowl of cooked ramen noodles. Stir well, and top with scallions.
Enjoy this Ramen Noodles with Spicy Korean Chili Dressing as is for a quick lunch, or include some shredded chicken, baked tofu, and bok choy for a dinner meal.
