From curries to satay, the sweet, pungent pairing of Coriander & Cumin forms the base flavor of a variety of Thai dishes. So that’s where our new Thai BBQ Seasoning begins.

Thai BBQ Seasoning available at SeasonWithSpice.com

After the cumin & coriander are blended together, we slowly mix in lemongrass – the citrusy spice that has you dreaming of Thailand.  Next, the essential savory elements of every Thai BBQ are added – garlic & pepper.  We include both white and black pepper to enhance the bite and pungency of the blend.

The Thai BBQ Seasoning wouldn’t be complete without a spicy kick, and the aromatic essence of the grill, so we mix in smoked serrano chili powder.  As the flavors fuse together with each stir, we finally sprinkle in a few more Thai spices to tickle the tongue.

The delectable sensation you experience with every taste of this Thai Grilled Chicken.

Create a simple Thai marinade by combining coconut sugar, fish sauce (or soy sauce or salt), and our Thai BBQ Seasoning.

The blend is best on grilled or roast chicken, like in this simple recipe for Thai Grill Chicken, but also try the seasoning this summer on grilled pork chops, steaks, and shrimp skewers.

Ingredients:
7-8 pieces (14 oz) chicken tender
1.5 tbsp fish sauce, or reduced sodium soy sauce
1-2 tsp coconut sugar, or to taste
1.5 to 2 tbsp Season with Spice’s Thai BBQ Seasoning
Olive oil or vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro – roughly chopped

Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce:
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce, or chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
Toasted Sesame Seeds to sprinkle on top

Ingredients:
1. In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce (or chili garlic sauce) with lime juice. Sprinkle on toasted sesame seeds. Set aside.
2. In a shallow baking dish, lay out each chicken tender flat. Dash coconut sugar evenly over tenders. Then pour fish sauce (or soy sauce) over. Using your fingers, coat both sides well. Finally, sprinkle the Thai BBQ Seasoning on one side of the tenders, then flip them over and sprinkle the other side.
3. Heat the grill, brush it clean, then lightly apply olive oil to the grate. Grill chicken pieces for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until done.
4. Add a few sprigs of cilantro over the chicken and serve with the Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce. Enjoy the Thai Grilled Chicken with a side of this Mango Slaw with Coconut-Lime Dressing.
