Karōshi!! Japanese salarymen go to work, come home to sleep, and wake up to go to work. I hope things are changing nowadays, but have to admit that's how my male friends or my girlfriends' husband do too. No life outside of work. Not to mention, work comes before family a lot of times. Kind of hard to believe after living in the U.S. for a long time.

I'm glad you saved Reese's life with making Tekkadon for her. :D So sweet! I actually make Tekkadon, Salmon & Ikura Don quite often. Donburi with sashimi really save me some time, and it's faster than Gyudon, Oyakodon, and Katsudon. Thanks to my kids who love sashimi, I can always prepare this kind of donburi on a busy day.

Thank you for this post! When I saw Fish for Sushi, I wondered how you could get sushi grade tuna or fish once frozen. I've had frozen tuna before and it wasn't pleasant. However, it wasn't flash frozen right off the boat. I definitely will be checking Nami's Fish for Sushi out and try this simple dish. We just got back from eating sushi, so I'm hyped up to serve it here at home. Thanks Mark! Sounds like Reese is keeping you pretty busy. :)
