This is one of my favorite soup! I never thought of making it at home as I have no idea what kind of spices in there; now I know! I don't think I've heard of galangal powder before. In fact, I had no idea how to use the galangal. Now I know! I already know how wonderful the kaffir lime leaf powder and the lemongrass powder are so I can't wait to try all 3 in this soup.
