Winter squashes are every where!...You are so right. Winter squashes are every where! Butternut and kabocha are my favorites and this recipe is a great one for a sweet butternut. Love the spice mixes as always and you know I love your curry mix. I don&#39;t usually see toasted pecans in curry dishes but what a great idea and it is pumpkin type squash which goes great with pecans. Definitely have to try this.
