I still remember the first time when I tried fish sauce (I was a college student in the US). I was shocked how smelly it is and I remember I couldn't eat fish sauce base sauce (I don't remember what I was eating though). But guess what, I'm totally converted and I cannot live without fish sauce. When I hear fish sauce my appetite gets bigger. I got totally addicted to fish sauce and Vietnamese food in general. These pictures make me drool so much. I would love to try this at home! Your shop and blog became intertwined and I really like how you introduce spices to us readers!
