Really? That guy...Fermenting kimchi in a suitcase? Really? That guy must really, really like kimchi! :) I do like kimchi but Bobby isn't a fan. I think a lot has to do with the vinegar (something he likes only in salad dressings). I can see both of us loving this dish, but I would have to cut back some on the vinegar. I have the chili seasoning, but it looks like it's close to needed more.
