You can also add a pinch of turmeric into the egg whites. Not only it adds golden hue and flavors to your frittata, turmeric has many great health benefits too!Season with Spicehttp://www.seasonwithspice.com/[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-488443880886773768.post-47601956072222993862012-11-18T15:24:38.828-08:002012-11-18T15:24:38.828-08:00My husband and I only eat egg whites. It's kind of sad to know that the season is almost over though. And you're right, fresh tomatoes in an egg dish do take longer to set. I do make sure I use ripe yet firm tomatoes and discard the extra juice. So far they have been working out fine for me.Season with Spicehttp://www.seasonwithspice.com/[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-488443880886773768.post-70819470381381006672012-09-25T08:07:41.206-07:002012-09-25T08:07:41.206-07:00Thanks Ray. Whenever I add tomatoes to an egg dish of any kind, they makes it watery and it doesn't set. What's your secret? Thanks for sharing such a gorgeous dish!mjskit @ mjskitchen.com[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-488443880886773768.post-6531056674442062792012-09-22T22:43:06.746-07:002012-09-22T22:43:06.746-07:00Beautiful and healthful frittata!
