Wow! This was fantastic! I added asian chopped salad and a hard boiled egg. Next time I would just add scallions and the egg. Also, I rinsed in cold water-too cold. Would have liked them a little warmer. The taste of the sauce, though, was crazy good!

These noodles were wonderful, and they'll probably become a "go-to" dish for quick dinners because they're so versatile. I added slices of quick-baked tempeh for protein (put tempeh slices on a piece of foil and pop into oven until lightly crisped), added some lemon-steamed broccoli as a side, and what a powerhouse meal it turned out to be. Great seasoning mix; I can hardly wait to try it in other dishes.

Hi Jennifer - Good question. I typically use the seasoning as a dressing, vinaigrette, dip, or as a garnish. For chicken, I love cooking them first (pan-fried, over-roated, poached or deep fried for mini pop corn chicken), then only I coat the chicken with dressing. It may taste fine as a marinade, depending on the cooking method/ time. The flavors or spiciness may be less intense if it's cooked too long. Nonetheless, I'd be interested to know how it turns out for you. Have fun experimenting with the seasoning!
