Definitely a worldwide trend toward more spicy food. I didn't realize about the "spicy" trend - but I've been only here for 15 years or so that I didn't know the difference (and I'm in California where Asian and Latin food is everywhere...). You have been to Japan, you know we don't have too many spicy food (I realized isn't it only country in Asia we don't really eat spicy food like the rest?). But I know younger generation eats more spicy food like Indian, Korean,Thai, as Asian food was getting popular. It's great! Most older generation are more stubborn to try new flavor too. I want to try chipotle mayo! That must go well with salmon!justonecookbook[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-488443880886773768.post-55967008897533277892013-03-11T10:08:34.681-07:002013-03-11T10:08:34.681-07:00Thanks MJ!Thanks MJ!Season with Spicehttp://www.seasonwithspice.com/[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-488443880886773768.post-86898376427444198972013-03-07T16:02:22.678-08:002013-03-07T16:02:22.678-08:00Interesting post Mark. But then spicy isn't new to me, because I grew up on pickled jalapeno and Tabasco. I guess that means that I acquired the addiction as a kid :) Chipotle was not a flavor I was familiar with until I moved to the southwest. I absolutely love it and am in love with your mayo and salmon sandwich! Between you and Reese I don't have to do much meal planning. All I need to do is visit your site!mjskit[email protected]tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-488443880886773768.post-11815921567455721202013-03-05T22:41:02.606-08:002013-03-05T22:41:02.606-08:00This comment has been removed by a blog administrator.Rosa Mayhttp://www.facebook.com/Rosa.J.May[email protected]
