For some reason I thought it would look more like kale with thick, individual stems growing up from the ground. Is it because yours is a certain hybrid? I love your little plants and it sounds like it's really fast growing! I'm might have to plant some in late August. What a beautiful salad and like all of your dishes, quite healthy! This would make a great summer meal for the B and I since we love all of the ingredients.
