Thank you guys once again for sharing my recipes. I love the way you write, I really enjoyed this text! Honey is one of the healthiest ingredients in the world-for me. I love it. My favorite breakfast: butter and honey on a piece of rye bread.

Hi Ray, honey is not a spice in the traditional sense, but the definition(s) is so vague that we came up with our own criteria based on a few sources (http://blog.seasonwithspice.com/2011/06/definition-of-spice.html). We do hope that people see it as a spice - and not just a sweetener - so it becomes more common as a cooking ingredient.
