Love the blood oranges and the pecans and feta with the avocado! This is a complete meal for my dinner table. So GOOD! How clever that you took the blood orange juice into the vinaigrette and the addition of the coriander was quite genius. I love that spice and have never thought of using it in a salad like this. Blood oranges! What a healthy and juicy (my mouth start watering) salad! Just yesterday I found out that my kids prefer to eat these baby spinach over regular lettuce (it was a kind of surprise).
