Have never seen &...I could snack on these all day! Have never seen "baked" banana chips and just love the idea. Bet that wonderful Sweet ginger sea salt added a great flavor to the bananas. I used some of the sea salt in a simple sauteed spinach the other night, with sesame seeds and a touch of soy sauce - great flavors and simple dish!
